Terms, in plain English

Using IGotItSignup.com means these apply. They are short on purpose.

Last changed October 17, 2026. These terms can change. When a change matters, we say so here with the date it starts, and organizers we can still write to hear about it by email first. A change never touches a term already paid for, and using IGotItSignup.com once a change starts means you accept it.

What we provide

IGotItSignup.com is operated by Load Bearing LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. That company is who "we" means here, and who these terms are with. IGotItSignup.com is a sign-up sheet you share by link. Making a sheet and signing up on one are free, always. Signing up takes an account: your email, confirmed by a link or a code, and never a password. We don't promise it will never be down or lose anything, so keep your own copy of what matters. If something breaks, we do our best to put it back. Export is free and unlimited for as long as the sheet is kept.

Your sheets, your words

What you write stays yours. We use it to run the sheet, show it to the people you share the link with, email you when it ends, and let you download it any time. We don't sell it, publish it, train anything on it or advertise with it.

What isn't allowed

  • Nothing illegal, and nothing that harasses, threatens or impersonates a person.
  • No spam: a sheet is for people you invited.
  • No links in names or items.
  • Keep it fit for a classroom. Names and items are filtered.
  • No scraping, guessing at other people's links, or getting round the limits on sending.

A human reads every report. A sheet that has to stop is paused, not deleted: claiming stops, and its data and dates stay. An account that mails people who didn't ask can have its sheets' email stopped; its own warnings and the email when each sheet ends still reach it. We'd rather write to you first, and if you ask, we'll tell you which rule.

Money

A free sheet does the job: the list, the link, the claims, your copy. A free account's reminders and messages cover a set number of events a year, shown on your account page. $39 a year keeps every sheet you own from expiring, and adds your own link, dates that repeat, and your group's name and one question of your own on every sheet. $9 adds your group's name and one question to one sheet, for as long as it lives. Prices are in US dollars, and Stripe takes the payment. The year renews on its own: unless you cancel first, the same card is charged $39 a year again on the anniversary.

There are no refunds. If you were charged for something you did not get, write to support@igotitsignup.com. A term is bought whole and it runs out. Cancelling stops the renewal; it does not end the term you already paid for. Paid access continues until that period ends, and is never cut off the moment you click. When it does end, the sheet goes back on the ordinary free clock with at least 30 days on it, both expiry warnings still arrive, and so does the email when it ends. Nothing is taken away at cancellation, which is why there is nothing to refund. If a payment is reversed after the fact, the year it paid for ends with it: the sheets go back on the free clock, with both warnings. If all email to you is stopped, those warnings and the email when it ends do not come.

Cancel any time from Account, in a few clicks and no conversation. Or cancel on Stripe's own billing page, with no sign-in of ours: Stripe checks it is you by emailing your account's address, so it works even when we have stopped our email to you.

Two things go with no refund: the rest of a paid term, if you ask us by email to delete your account now; and a $9 sheet's name and question, if deleting your account ends that sheet before its printed date.

If a payment fails, your sheets stay as they are for 14 days and we email you the date. The privacy page says when that email doesn't come.

Ending things

Stop whenever you like; export first, it's free. Free sheets self-destruct on their printed schedule; the privacy page says what happens to their data.

Delete your account from Account. It waits at least 30 days, while your sheets run as before and you can't start a new one, and "Keep my account", on Account or in our email, calls it off until then. The privacy page says what it deletes. If you pay, the renewal stops when you ask and your term runs out first, so you lose none of it. Ask us by email instead and we write to the account's address, naming the day your term ends. Reply "wait" and the account goes 30 days after that day; reply "delete now" and it starts the day we read it, and the rest of your term goes with no refund. Any other reply waits.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else the law says can't be limited.

You need to be old enough to agree to this where you live. If you run a sheet for a class, a team or a troop, you're the adult responsible for it, including for anyone under 13 who signs up. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts of Virginia.

Changes

Prices, plans and what a free account includes can change too. Four things won't: making a sheet is free, signing up is free, export is free, and there are no ads. Small corrections just get made.
